Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality control are the fundamentals of our organization and it ensures that our products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Our QA professionals play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the overall quality of products and services, contributing to customer satisfaction and organizational success.

1. Developing Quality Standards and Procedures

We have Established and documented quality standards and procedures that align with industry regulations, customer requirements, and organizational goals.

2. Quality Planning

We have developed a quality plan that outlines the processes, resources, and responsibilities required to achieve and maintain the desired level of quality

3. Process Audits

We are Conducting regular audits of processes and systems to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures

4. Documentation and Record Keeping

We have Maintained accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities, test results, and compliance documentation

19. Fit up and Welding Inspection:

Check the fit-up of components and assemblies before welding to ensure proper alignment and adherence to design specifications. Conduct visual and non-destructive testing (e.g., radiography, ultrasonic testing) of welds to ensure they meet welding codes and standards.

20. Document Control:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation.

21. Process Inspections:

Monitor and inspect various construction processes to ensure they comply with approved procedures and quality standards.

22. Surface Preparation and Coating Inspection:

Inspect surface preparation and coating applications to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.

23. Pressure Testing:

Oversee and perform pressure testing of pipelines, vessels, and other systems to verify their integrity and adherence to safety and quality standards.

24. Bolted Joint Inspections:

Inspect bolted connections to ensure proper tightening and alignment according to design requirements.

25. Final Inspection:

Conduct a final inspection of completed mechanical systems, ensuring that all components meet the specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.

26. Non-Conformance Reporting:

Document and report any deviations or non-conformances to project specifications, and work with relevant parties to implement corrective actions.

27. Material Traceability:

Ensure proper material traceability by verifying that materials used in construction are correctly identified, documented, and meet project requirements.

28. QA/QC Documentation Review:

Review Quality Assurance/Quality Control plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure they align with project requirements and industry standards.

29. Training and Certification:

Ensure that personnel involved in quality control activities are adequately trained and certified to perform their duties.

30. Collaboration with Project Team:

Collaborate with other project team members, including engineers, project managers, and subcontractors, to address quality-related issues and ensure a cohesive approach to quality control.
